We deliver a weekly open session that is designed to give young dancers the opportunity to develop their contemporary dance technique.

The sessions are open to anyone between the ages of 11-18 and take place in FABRIC's beautiful studios close to the centre of Nottingham. Delivered by a company member, these dynamic sessions will help you to build strength, stamina and coordination with a particular focus on floor work and finding fluidity when moving.

Challenging everyone on an individual level, this session is perfect for anyone looking to develop their contemporary dance technique. Come along and have a go, no experience of contemporary dance necessary.

5.30-6.30pm - Intermediate technique
6.30-7.30pm - Youth company (Auditioned)
7.30-8.30pm - Advanced technique

£7 per class
